Education           :                 B.E. / ME (Any)
Experience         :                 10+ years

Location             :                 Bangalore

               
Skills Required: 

• Entrepreneurial approach to the job with profit sharing or sales based incentives.
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Experienced in Project Estimation and proposal preparation
• Should have good communication skills to communicate at all levels within the organization  
• Experienced in embedded real time applications and operating systems
• Experience in RTOS and good knowledge of any of common operating systems
• Experience in device driver development on embedded platforms
• Good understanding of hardware architecture and lower layer protocol concepts
• Exposure to Industrial Automation domain (preferable)              

Role & Responsibility:  

• Establishes and directs the strategic long term goals, policies and procedures for the group
• Responsible for profit achievement
• Responsible for recruitment and management of Project Leaders / middle managers.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Reports to a Director
