Hardware-In-the-Loop System
Hardware-In-the-Loop System is an effective platform for developing and testing complex real-time embedded systems. HIL system provides the complexity of the plant under control using mathematical representation, called “plant simulation”, of all related dynamic systems.
Glow Control System
The glow control system has glow plugs controlled electronically through a microcontroller based GCU. GCU communicates with the Engine Control Unit (henceforth referred as ECU) through a LIN network.

In an in-vehicle network, a number of control units are interconnected using CAN. The increasing numbers of electronic control units in modern vehicles are leading to excessive bus loading in the system. This problem can be solved by subdividing a vehicle electronic system into multiple CAN networks.
Transmission of vehicle error status
The control unit acts as an interface between CAN network and GSM module. If an ECU (Electronic control unit) of the vehicle detects a critical error like Limp-home activation, Airbag activation, failure of critical sensors etc, it transmits the error status over the CAN network.

Test Vector Wrapper for LTE-PHY Test bed
Test Vectors for UL & DL of signal chain are generated using MATLAB and formatted accordingly for debugging. These Test Vectors are loaded into the on-board DDR2 Memory using an MCH/Host Application over a 32-Bit cluster bus Interface.
