Job Description:

• Project: light radio PA in 2,6GHz; AWS Band
• HW design and development
• PA Test and debugging
• RF optimizing
• Test  bench creating
• Specification and test results reporting
• Reproduction for small pre- series

Required Skills:

• Experienced in Wireless RF standards (LTE,WCDMA)
• Experienced in Power Amplifier development
  o   design, layout
  o   test and  debugging
  o   validation and optimisation
• Experienced in Power Amplifier technology
  o   power class up 10W
  o   Doherty design
  o   Frequency range up to 4GHz
• Experienced in RF measurement technique
• Basic Knowledge of clipping, Digital pre-distortion techniques
• Autonomous, pro active, solution oriented approach
• Quick adjustment to a new job in complex systems
• Experienced handling of Matlab / Simulink/ ADS
• Team oriented and persevering
