Skills Required:   

• Functional knowledge and rich experience in Aerospace & Defense domain
• Proficiency on all Aerospace & MIL standards & processes involved [DO178 B (All levels), DOD-STD-2167A, and CENELAC etc.)
• Good knowledge on DLCs (Design Life Cycles) of Aerospace & Defense systems
• Profound knowledge in Integration, Testing and V& V activities.
• Experience managing complex A&D projects
• Sound commercial understanding and ability to generate business cases.
• Proven project and financial management skills
• Excellent skills in resource planning, organization, delegation, negotiation and man management
• Entrepreneurial approach to the job
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Experienced in Project Estimation and proposal preparation
• Should have good communication skills to communicate at all levels within the organization

Role & Responsibility:  

• Establishes and directs the strategic long term goals, policies and procedures for the group
• Responsible for profit achievement
• Responsible for recruitment and management of Project Leaders / middle managers.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Reports to a Director
