Job Description

1. Business Development Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience in dealing with European OEM, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers of automotive /automation Industry.
2. Should be technically very sound in Embedded automotive and Industrial Automation.
3. Should be able to understand customer requirements, interface with the engineering team in making Techno-Commercial Proposals
4. Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills
5. Burning desire to grow and develop the business
6. Excellent communication skills in German language ( both written and verbal)

Description of position Responsibilities

1. To catalyze the business development in the European region, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization in technology companies
2. Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads
3. Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion
4. Track against targets and budget
5. Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction
6. Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision making process
