We follow an internationally-acclaimed Quality Management System that utilizes international standards and transparent processes. Stringent quality checks to maintain our standards are a periodic activity in Embitel. Our internal audits are executed every quarter to identify problem areas and streamline our processes. These regular audits give us a microscopic view of quality, process, and progress, on task-level, thus identifying areas for improvement.
We at Embitel understand the importance of quality audits that are held on behalf of our customers, stakeholders, and associates. Our regular training sessions for our employees ensure that seasoned and novice staff are up-to-speed on the latest requirements to comply with quality policies. Our customized Quality Management wiki – also known as EmbiQ – contains exhaustive amounts of information [reference documents, templates, manuals, knowledge repository, etc.] that clarify all aspects of our quality processes, and are freely accessed by all employees. Additionally, our Process Improvement Ticketing System ensures that employees contribute to streamlining processes by sending comments and suggestions.
All our quality-aimed activities give us the confidence to commit to on-time Project Development, Process Maintenance, Risk Identification, efficient resource allocation, accurate measurements and analysis, and on-time delivery.
