- Ability to lead the team of focused developers and experts
- Ability to understand impediments and resolve
- Ability to do capacity planning and forecasting
- Ability to resolve team conflicts
- Ability to generate various reports
- Understand development priorities
- Knowledge on programming or Testing
- Communication skills
- Nice to have – Automotive ECU integration and testing experience
- Nice to have – C++ or Python knowledge
- Participate in PI planning along with the teams
- Perform capacity planning and team loading
- Work with PO to identify EPICs/Stories
- Identify Tasks with the team
- Identify and Manage impediments and dependencies
- Assess team velocity sprint and identify improvement actions
- Hold daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospective meetings
- Be a team builder
- Assess task priorities with the Product owner
- Deliver to the sprint and PI commitments
- Work with other scrum masters and share best practices
- Performance review of the team members
- Provide periodic reports for management teams and stakeholders
Nice to haves:
- Experience in working with European companies.
- Experience in SAFe agile environment.
- Basic knowledge on Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
- Basic knowledge on Google Test, Robo Frameworks.
