Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 6 to 12 Years
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- At least 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong experience of CMMI and ASPICE
- Experience in software development and testing is desirable
- Good understanding of Software Development life cycles (SDLC) and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Knowledge on agile methodologies (Scrum/Safe Agile)
- Ensure Project and Functions are compliant to ISO & CMMI, ASPICE Requirements
- Impart Process & Quality related Orientation to Project
- Should be well versed with at least one tool (Like Wiki, Bugzilla, MPP)
- Knowledge on Tools used in Software development & Project Management
- Experience in process definition
- Capability to Conduct quality process/ ISO std. related trainings
- Facilitating project teams – reviews, audits and track the project health
- Team player
- Should have good communication and written skills
What Role & Responsibilities to Expect:
- Ensure Project and Functions are compliant to ISO, CMMI, ASPICE Requirements
- Impart Process & Quality related Orientation to Project
- Maintain Quality Management System.
- Perform Data Collection & Metrics Analysis
- Plan & Conduct Internal Audits for Projects/ Functions
